Sinaran Merdeka

Tenaga Nasional Berhad has kicked off the “Sinaran Merdeka” incentive for its commercial users—a discount on additional electricity tariff charges incurred for the usage of decorative lights. This is to help defray operational costs for the usage of decorative lights during the Merdeka season.

The special rate is 17.8 sen per kilowatt hour for additional consumption above and beyond the three-month average of May, June and July 2011. Business categories that are eligible for the special rate are Tarif B (low voltage), C1 (medium voltage) and C2 (middle voltage peak / non-peak).

The incentive is valid from 1st August to 30th September 2011.

Please contact your nearest TNB office to apply.
Applications must be submitted by 15 September 2011.
