REHDA’s Night of Appreciation
A night to remember as REHDA pays tribute to its sponsor and contributors of its newly completed headquarters.
The REHDA’s night of appreciation was an evening to remember as it was specially organised to celebrate the completion of WISMA REHDA and to honour our generous contributors who have helped towards the development of WISMA REHDA. It was well attended by approximately 200 individuals consisting of developers, industry players and members of the media.
Held on 5 October 2012, the significant event was officiated by the Honourable Minister of Housing and Local Government, Yang Berhormat Dato’ Seri Chor Chee Heung who later presented plaques of appreciation to all the sponsors and contributors of WISMA REHDA. Also present to grace this event was Yang Berbahagia Datuk Arpah binti Abdul Razak, Secretary – General of the Minister of Housing and Local Government.
REHDA Meets the Press – REHDA Property Industry Survey Report 1H 2012
The REHDA Property Industry Survey results for the first half of 2012 was presented to a full room of eager journalists from Malaysian news, business and property desks, as well as news segments from national television at REHDA’s media briefing held on 4 September 2012 at Wisma REHDA. Compiled and conducted by REHDA Institute, the survey results were presented by the President of REHDA, Datuk Seri Michael KC Yam and REHDA National Treasurer /Chairman of Public Relations, Communications and Publication Committee, Mr NK Tong.

Malaysian Developers' Council
The 16th Malaysian Developers’ Council (MDC) hosted by REHDA Malaysia was held on 3 August 2012 at WISMA REHDA, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya Selangor. The MDC comprises the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA), the Sabah Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (SHAREDA) and the Sarawak Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (SHEDA).
The Council reported on the state of the property market in their respective states and discussed common issues and challenges facing the housing and property industry in Malaysia.
The three Associations expressed their immediate concerns on pressing issues pertinent to the industry

MAPEX October 2012 “Home And Abroad”
The Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA) is once again proud to host the Malaysia Property Exposition (MAPEX) from 19 to 21 October 2012 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. The exposition will be launched on 19 October 2012. The theme for this installation will be “Home and Abroad”.
A Press Conference on the upcoming MAPEX October 2012 was held on 26 July 2012 at WISMA REHDA by Datuk Ng Seing Liong, MAPEX Organising Chairman.
