The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (REHDA) conveys its support of the decision taken by the Government to appoint Commissioners of Buildings (COB) for every State to bridge the gap faced by house buyers and developers for the period between delivery of vacant possession and issuance of strata titles.

Reconsider Proposal To Amend Hill Slope Guidelines

The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (REHDA) urges the Cabinet Committee on hill slope and island development to reconsider its proposal to amend the current guidelines to require soil and geological studies for hill slopes with gradients 15 degrees and above before approval for development is given.

State Policies Should Complement FIC Rules
